FAQ What kind of menu do you offer? We offer an extensive variety of menu items. We can include specialty food areas in each facility, including pizza stations, fresh fruit bars, salad bars, yogurt bars and delis, depending on your preferences. We also have a rotating menu of special entrees, starches, soups and sides, to guarantee there is something for everyone. We can also showcase one of our chef’s in an action station, preparing food right in front of your guests! What are the types of programs you offer? We offer three basic types of programs: subsidized, retail and management fee. The program used depends on the following: 1) Is the food service operation considered an employee benefit or convenience? 2) Is the food service operation open to the public? 3) Is it a cafeteria setup or a snack bar\restaurant operation? 4) Are you interested in food service for a health care or day care facility? What is the difference between retail and subsidized programs? With a retail program, the price charged to the client is based on a market pricing structure. It is operated on a profit and loss basis. This is usually for facilities that are open to the public, as well as providing food service for employee’s convenience. A subsidized program is usually for companies that are providing food service to employees as a benefit. In this case, we will price the menu with a food cost to maintain an agreed upon subsidy amount. What are your hours of operation? This depends on each facility. Some of our food service operations offer service seven days a week. Others are strictly, Monday through Friday, breakfast and lunch operations. It all depends on the business and your needs. Do you allow name branding in your cafeterias? Yes. We team up with major chain restaurants to provide you even more variety. What type of management services do you provide? We offer full service cafeteria vending and catering management. We have the staff, skills and expertise to be your complete food service management company. |
