Operations Manager – Tim Taylor

Tim hires Route Personnel committed to the D&S/Davians mission… “dedication to total customer satisfaction by providing professional service and exceptional food.” It is the job of the Operations Manager to hire people whose values, philosophies and communication skills are consistent with D&S/DavĂ­ans mission. Tim oversees vending supervisors, vending route drivers, maintenance, Office Coffee Service (OCS) and warehouse personnel.

Route Supervisors – Harry Forst & Shawn Kantin

Unique in our industry, D&S Route Supervisors grow each route driver professionally and personally. Supervisors work directly with drivers on logistics of scheduling, product request, sanitation, customer needs, communication and geographic route changes. Supervisors spend much of their time visiting customer contacts, inspecting machines and developing customer relations (face to face).

Route Drivers

D&S/Davians Route Drivers carry out the company mission. Responsibilities include keeping all equipment cleaned, filled, and working properly. Drivers need to be organized, punctual, clean-cut, outstanding communicators and passionate to serve our customers every day. Communication with our customers is essential to the everyday operations, as these are the people who represent our company on the front lines.

Customer Service Representative – Bambi Lewis

Bambi serves as an advocate for our customers. Daily responsibilities include taking calls from customers, placing calls to customers, communicating customer needs and/or requests to management, and maintaining our customer database with updated and accurate information.
